Using ODyn

Your Data & Account

Export or delete your data, control your email notifications, and send feedback.

Your data is yours. You can take a full copy at any time, control what ODyn emails you, tell us what's working (or not), and delete everything if you choose. It's all under Account.

This guide covers exporting your data, managing notifications, sending feedback, and deleting your account.

Export your data

1. Go to Account. 2. Choose Download JSON or Download CSV.

What to expect: a complete copy of everything you've logged — readings, scans, observations, spikes, drops, health metrics, and profile.

Manage email notifications

1. In Account, find Email notifications. 2. Toggle the two streams independently: Data alerts (about your own data) and News & findings (occasional announcements).

What to expect: each turns on or off on its own; every email also has a one-click unsubscribe.

Send feedback

1. Use the Feedback link in the page footer, or the pointer on your Account page. 2. Pick a type (bug, confusing, idea, other), write your message, and send.

What to expect: it goes straight to the team — during beta especially, it genuinely shapes what we fix and build.

Delete your account

1. Go to Account → Delete account. 2. Confirm.

What to expect: your personal records are removed and any subscription is canceled. Anonymized contributions already merged into the community dataset remain, but are no longer linked to you.
