Logging Your Data
The readings and context that feed the correlation engine — IOP, drops, observations, and health metrics.
Scanning tells ODyn what you consumed; logging tells it what your body did. Everything goes in on the Log screen. You don't need to log everything every day — but consistent readings are what make correlations sharp.
This guide covers logging an IOP reading, drops, an observation, and health metrics.
Log an IOP reading
1. Open Log. 2. Enter your pressure for each eye — shown LEFT | RIGHT. 3. Set the device and the time. 4. Save.
What to expect: your readings build the "recent median" on your dashboard. If a reading comes in unusually high, ODyn asks whether to track it as a spike — see Tracking an IOP Spike.
Log drops
1. In Log, open the drops section. 2. Choose the drop and the time you applied it. 3. Save.
What to expect: knowing a drop went in lets ODyn read your pressure response correctly, instead of mistaking a post-drop drop for a natural one.
Add an observation
1. In Log, open Observation. 2. Note a visual change, a symptom, or anything worth remembering — free text, no reading required. 3. Save.
Log health metrics
1. In Log, open Health Metric. 2. Enter any of: SpO₂ (finger and wrist), perfusion index, altitude, sleep (1–5), stress (1–5). 3. Save.
What to expect: each metric you log becomes a dimension the engine can line up against your pressure. Log what's relevant to you.
